The AEDP Level II training consists of two main parts: the Core Skills Training (CST) and Group Supervision (GS).
Structure of the Core Skills Training (CST) (54 hours):
The Core Skills Training will be held over 6 weekends (Fridays from 7:00 to 9:30 pm & Saturdays from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm). It covers the basic theoretical foundation, model of intervention, specific techniques and skills. We emphasize not only on learning skills and techniques, but also on experiencing the process of self-reflection and self-development. So, experiential group exercise and mindful practice, role play experience and case demonstration are essential elements in the course of training. Also, local Chinese cases and scenarios will be edited for video presentation. Interactive questions and discussion are welcomed and encouraged.

To deepen and expand our knowledge and skills in AEDP by exploring the interface with other specific theories or modalities related to AEDP
From this training, you learn how to observe your body, hear the voice from your body, and pay attend to the body's needs.
